Standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please check with household members, neighbors, and any safe delivery locations around your address.

Some carriers may mark a package as delivered shortly before it actually arrives, so we recommend allowing 1–2 business days.

If your package is still missing, please contact the carrier first, then email us at info@tailmipaws.com with your order number and tracking information so we can help.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please check the Size Guide on the product page and measure your dog’s chest, neck, and back length before ordering.

For the best fit, compare your dog’s measurements with the size chart rather than choosing a size based only on breed or weight.

Fit can vary between styles, so please check the sizing recommendation on the individual product page before ordering.

Some styles may have more stretch or a different fit than others.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

TailmiPaws clothing should feel comfortable without being tight around your dog’s neck, chest, or legs.

Your pup should be able to stand, sit, walk, and move naturally while wearing the garment.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and unused, except for a brief indoor try-on, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Items must also be free from pet hair, odors, stains, dirt, or other signs of wear.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Yes. If the size isn’t quite right, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, TailmiPaws will cover one standard shipment of the replacement size.

Each item is eligible for one size exchange.

For standard returns and size exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to TailmiPaws.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, TailmiPaws will cover the related shipping costs.

For an approved size exchange, we will cover one standard shipment of the replacement size.

Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Eligible sale items may still be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Yes. A brief indoor try-on is allowed.

Please keep all original tags attached while checking the fit.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn outdoors, washed, stained, damaged, or contain pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for your request
• Your preferred replacement size, if requesting a size exchange

Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.

Available payment methods will also be shown at checkout.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
