We ship Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, SwiftX and UniUni. Please allow the following total processing & shipping times for orders:

- Standard Shipping - 4-7 business days

Please check with household members, neighbors, and any safe delivery locations around your address. Some carriers may mark a package as delivered before it arrives, so please allow 1–2 business days. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier first, then email us at info@tailmipaws.com with your order number and tracking information so we can assist with an investigation.

Sometimes, you have a change of heart or things just didn't work out. We get it.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once your return request is approved via email, the item must be shipped out within 5 days.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has delivered the item to the final destination.
